• Design and implement security solutions that align with enterprise security policies and compliance standards.
• Govern the use of enterprise security tools and architecture frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Build and enhance digital identity and platform security, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop strategies for data protection and cloud security solutions, ensuring resilience against cyber threats.

• Establish and manage a Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats effectively.
• Lead Splunk SIEM operations, including configuration, monitoring, and incident response workflows.
• Drive security delivery governance, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud security strategies and identity management solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior security professionals.

• Expert proficiency in Security Operations Center (SOC) Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant security delivery and transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related).

• Advanced proficiency in Security Delivery Governance.
