• Develop test plans, test cases, and comprehensive testing strategies for software applications.
• Prepare, configure, and maintain testing environments to ensure readiness for all test cycles.
• Execute manual and automated tests and accurately document all test results.
• Identify, log, and track defects discovered during testing phases.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure effective defect resolution and re‑testing.
• Lead and perform comprehensive test coverage activities to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Validate applied fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure no new defects are introduced and that existing functionalities remain stable.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC and how QA fits into each phase.
• Solid experience in manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, sanity).
• Practical experience with test case design techniques (boundary value, equivalence partitioning, negative testing).
• Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated test scripts

• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Test Rail, Zephyr, or equivalent).
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Good understanding of API testing (Postman, REST concepts).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to clearly document defects and communicate issues with development teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Self‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple testing cycles under tight timelines.
