Position: UX Writer
Location: Saudi Arabia – Remote
Languages: Arabic (primary) + English (required)

We’re looking for a talented UX Writer to join one of our clients’ teams and help craft clear, user-friendly, and engaging content across the platform’s interfaces. This role requires creativity, strong writing skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to simplify complex information while maintaining a consistent, friendly tone aligned with the brand identity.

The UX Writer will be responsible for crafting all textual content within the application and its dashboards.
Your writing should help users understand services easily, navigate smoothly, and make confident decisions.
You will ensure a unified tone of voice across both Arabic and English, delivering consistent messaging and supporting the platform’s overall user experience.

• Write UI copy including buttons, labels, placeholders, and error messages.
• Create and refine system messages, notifications, and pop-ups in a clear and engaging style.
• Develop UX content that guides users throughout service browsing and booking journeys.
• Contribute to building a unified tone of voice and language style guide for the platform.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, development teams, and content teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Write and edit content in both Arabic and English with equivalent meaning, tone, and clarity.
• Improve and refine copy based on user feedback, analytics, and behavior patterns within the app.
• Write automated messaging content such as emails and in-app notifications.
• Conduct text clarity and usability testing with designers and developers.
• Participate in creating content for help pages, FAQs, and support documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX writing or digital content creation.
• Excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic with full understanding of Saudi dialect and culture (100%).
• Strong ability to simplify language and write clear, user-friendly content.
• Ability to write in a friendly, consistent tone aligned with the brand’s voice.
• Good understanding of UX design principles and user interaction.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities when working with designers and developers.
