Conduct user research to uncover insights that shape product decisions, enhance user journeys, and improve the efficiency and clarity of digital experiences.
Job Description s- Plan and conduct interviews, surveys, field studies, and usability testing.
- Analyze findings to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build personas, journey maps, and experience insights based on real user data.
- Validate prototypes and identify friction points in service journeys.
- Prepare clear research reports to support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree + 3–5 years experience in UX research.
- Strong analytical, qualitative, and quantitative research skills.
- Experience researching large-scale or government-related services preferred.
