The Product Management Director provides Sector leadership for Digital Product Strategy across either the Entertainment or Sports verticals within Qiddiya’s Digital & Customer Experience organization. This role is accountable for shaping the product roadmap for designated Parks, Venues and Destinations within the Sector — ensuring digital experiences are aligned with commercial goals, operational readiness, and guest expectations.
The role leads end-to-end prioritization, customer journey definition, and product value realization — serving as the key business partner for Commercial, Operations, and Marketing stakeholders across the Sector.
This role directly impacts Qiddiya’s commercial success and guest experience reputation by ensuring digital journeys are easy, engaging, and operationally reliable — before and after every visit.
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain the Sector digital product roadmap, including guest-facing channel enhancements and core experience capabilities.
- Plan and govern roadmap delivery ensuring alignment with launch schedules, business strategy, and guest experience outcomes.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on value impact, performance analytics, and stakeholder requirements.
- Define and improve guest journeys across planning, purchasing, arrival, in-park experience, and recovery interactions.
- Lead coordination with Digital Platforms, CRM, Mar Tech, and Architecture to ensure dependency alignment and end-to-end delivery readiness.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Management to ensure feature delivery meets scope, quality, and operational certification requirements.
- Represent the Sector roadmap in governance forums and provide transparent reporting of progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Guide and coach Product Managers/Owners within the Sector to improve capability maturity, backlog rigor, and product lifecycle discipline.
- Champion the voice of the guest and business value realization through data-driven insights and measurable KPIs.
- 10+ years in digital product management leading consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience in entertainment, sports, attractions, hospitality, or complex customer experience programs.
- Strong commercial mindset including revenue modelling, business casing, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder alignment skills, particularly with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Practical expertise in scaled agile delivery and dependency management across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated success in building and developing Product Management talent.
- Bachelor degree in MIS, IT, IS, or any related field.
