We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft SharePoint Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our SharePoint On-Premises and/or SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) environments.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain SharePoint Server (2016/2019) and/or SharePoint Online environments
- Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and workflows
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
- Support integrations with Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and One Drive
- Deploy and support custom solutions, web parts, and scripts
- Troubleshoot performance issues and service outages
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and change logs
- Provide end-user support and training in Arabic and English

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- SharePoint 2016 / 2019 / SharePoint Online (M365)
- Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server
- Active Directory & ADFS
- Power Shell for SharePoint administration
Strong communication and documentation skills - Fluent in Arabic and English
- Microsoft SharePoint / M365 certifications
- Experience with SharePoint migration tools (Share Gate, Metalogix)
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience in Saudi public sector or large enterprise environments
