Partnerships and Emerging Technologies Expert

To lead and manage partnerships and technology companies within the scope of Artificial Intelligence and emerging/deep technologies, with the objective of developing and advancing technology adoption in the Kingdom. This includes supporting the development of AI products, business models, and use cases such as quantum computing, coordinating operational and administrative activities related to the identification, deployment, and scaling of emerging technology models, applications, products, and services, and addressing operational challenges faced by partners and startups.

The role ensures effective execution of programs, partnerships, public engagements, and operational tasks related to AI and emerging technologies, while maintaining reliability and performance across the function.

• Lead the management and execution of partnerships related to Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, including monitoring commitments, agreements, and ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved.
• Coordinate directly with local and international startups and companies developing emerging technology models, applications, products, and services, particularly in AI, and lead relevant workshops.
• Maintain and regularly update the partnerships portfolio with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with relevant agencies (e.g., Partnerships Department) to ensure objectives are met.
• Support the identification, deployment, and scaling of technology models, applications, products, and services in local and international markets, and resolve development and operational challenges that may hinder growth.
• Organize and execute public engagements, including participation in events, exhibitions, and conferences related to emerging and deep technologies, particularly AI.
• Support procurement and contracting activities, including preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and following up on evaluation and award processes.
• Maintain continuous coordination with partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address operational and development challenges.
• Monitor the implementation of assigned operational programs and projects from launch through final delivery.
• Document all procedures and activities related to projects and partnerships, ensuring proper record keeping.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to senior management, highlighting key challenges and proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the development of partnership-related materials and presentations.
• Act as a supporting representative of the department in official meetings, events, and engagements when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in partnerships management, technology programs, innovation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working within Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, or deep tech ecosystems is highly preferred.
