Technical Project Manager - BytePlus; GenAI & SaaS

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and daily management of projects, ensuring rigorous control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to facilitate communication and align internal resources to deliver maximum project value and customer success.
• Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support, guide client expectations, and assist in defining the strategic direction of new projects.
• Analyze client organizational structures, decision-making processes, and digital maturity to formulate and execute tailored delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure the successful "landing" and high-quality delivery of complex technical projects.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of professional experience in ToB (Enterprise) services.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the judgment and responsibility required to manage complex organizational challenges.
• Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills, with a proven ability to balance the interests of clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English, evidenced by prior work experience or certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in overseas delivery within specialized industries such as Government (Gov Tech), Transportation, or Telecommunications (Carriers).
• Ability to rapidly master new industry business logics and adapt to evolving digital transformation landscapes.
