Overview

The Risk and Quality Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring project risks and quality metrics to ensure successful project delivery. The role focuses on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and compliance with established governance standards, particularly within Oracle ERP, Dynamics 365, and CRM implementation projects
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, document, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impact.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards, including testing, configuration, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality audits, reviews, and assessments to ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, ERP/CRM consultants, and stakeholders to proactively address risks and quality concerns.
  • Monitor ERP (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics 365) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CRM) project activities to ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and present risk and quality reports, dashboards, and recommendations to project leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assist in the validation of ERP and CRM configurations, workflows, and integrations as part of quality assurance activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
    .
  • Relevant professional certifications in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, ERP, CRM, or Project Management are preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, project governance, or ERP/CRM project support roles.
  • Experience working in large-scale, enterprise-level ERP and CRM projects
    .
  • Demonstrated experience conducting audits, reviews, and compliance assessments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CRM, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
