Location: Riyadh, KSA
Notice Period: Only Immediate joiners OR not longer than 30 days’ Notice Period.
The Presales Engineer will have practical experience in designing and presenting end-to-end technology ITC and Digital solutions and supporting the sales cycle with strong technical and communication skills. This is a client-facing role that requires the ability to translate technology into clear business value to support strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop solution architectures based on customer requirements and business objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, and technical workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and business development teams to ensure solution alignment and feasibility.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate technical inputs, solution design, and cost estimation.
- Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and provide technical leadership during the pre-sales cycle.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and technology vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Architecture roles in ICT, IoT or Cloud-based or AI Solutions Providers.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and integrate multiple technology domains.
- High-Quality and meticulous Documentation and use of graphics, network and workflow diagrams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Experience preparing solution designs, technical proposals, and BoQs.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure, CCNP, CISSP, TOGAF) are an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
