Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and certification processes for new Fin Tech partners, ensuring alignment with Open Banking standards.
- Perform IBM API-Connect and Data Power gateway validations, API testing, and payload verifications during integration phases.
- Coordinate partner timelines from sandbox certification to production cutover and post-go-live monitoring.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Security teams to validate compliance and readiness requirements.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, documentation, and performance reports for all partner integrations.
- Act as primary liaison between Fin Tech partners and internal teams for technical and business onboarding.
