We are seeking an experienced, certified Scrum Master / Agile Lead to support agile delivery of a digital banking platform, including mobile applications for corporate banking and home lending
.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on agile best practices
- Remove impediments and support high-quality, on-time delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
- Track agile metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with financial regulations and stakeholder communication
- 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery
- Background in fintech or digital platforms preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in mobile banking or lending platforms
- Knowledge of SAFe or scaled agile frameworks
