- A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing large-scale Oracle Fusion projects in the banking or financial services sector, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Led the implementation of Oracle Fusion modules including Enterprise General Ledger, Finance, Budgeting, Procurement, Asset Management, and Project Management.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
- Demonstrated expertise in project governance, risk management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects meet scope, time, cost, and quality targets.
- Experience in data migration, interface design, and integration with surrounding systems (CBS, Treasury, Trade Finance, Cards, etc.).
- Professional experience in business consulting, project management and governance.
- Provided end-to-end Quality Assurance support across several major transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in training strategy development to drive user adoption.
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and database fundamentals relevant to Oracle Fusion.
- Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor delivery approaches to project and client needs.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage effectively with executive stakeholders and vendors.
- Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
