Job Title: Jaggaer e-procurement Solution Techno Functional consultant

Job Location: Riyadh

Experienced Techno Functional consultant on Jaggaer e-procurement Solutions, including in-depth knowledge and experience of Jaggaer supply chain modules (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Spent analytics, Jaggaer Direct/Invoicing Solution).

Experienced with both Jaggaer and ERP systems (SAP and Oracle) and responsible for the seamless integration and optimization of these platforms to enhance business operations.

• End-to-end configurations and implementation of Jaggaer e-procurement modules (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Spent analytics, Jaggaer Direct/Invoicing Solution).
• End-to-end integration of Jaggaer e-procurement modules with SAP Supply Chain and Oracle Fusion SCM Modules, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and process optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions, including data mapping, process flows, and system configurations.
• Conduct thorough testing and lead change management of Jaggaer solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Validation of integrated systems to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during and after the integration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the integrated systems and to improve digital adoption.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Jaggaer, SAP, and Oracle integrations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout the integration process.
• Provide admin support and access management to the end user and suppliers as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants on SAP Supply Chain related projects and support.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in system integration, with a focus on ERP systems (SAP and Oracle)

• Develop and customize Jaggaer reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Jaggaer E-procurement solution including debugging and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Jaggaer e-procurement Solutions integration with ERPs (Oracle Fusion or SAP MM).
• Strong technical expertise in Jaggaer, SAP, and Oracle platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
• Expertise in web services, BTP, ODATA, REST API, SOAP and middleware technologies.
• Expertise in SAP CPI to create IFlows and required artifacts. Develop ABAP objects to expose/consume APIs.
• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle JDeveloper.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex integration solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in SAP, Oracle, or Jaggaer is preferred but not required.

• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management processes
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
• Experience in creating and maintaining ETL processes
