ServiceNow Platform Architect​/Solution Architect

Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Service Now Platform Architect / Solution Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of the Service Now platform to design and implement advanced solutions that drive efficiency and improve client outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical specifications.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs for Service Now solutions
• Architect, design, and implement Service Now solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients
• Lead solution development, ensuring integration with other systems and adherence to security and compliance standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and project teams throughout the entire implementation process
• Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and process workflows
• Keep abreast of the latest Service Now features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Service Now platform

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Platform Architect, specifically with Service Now
• In-depth understanding of Service Now modules, capabilities, and architecture
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Service Now solutions
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the effective engagement of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred
