Site Reliability Engineering; SRE Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Expert to join our Infrastructure team. This role will lead the design, automation, and operation of resilient, scalable, and secure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will drive service reliability, operational excellence, and automation across a hybrid and multi-cloud environment including OCI, GCP, private cloud, Kubernetes, and modern Dev Ops tool chains
.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure across OCI, GCP, and private cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker
  .
• Implement Git Ops practices using Git Lab CI/CD to enable automated, auditable, and reliable deployments.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  , enforcing best practices and compliance standards.
• Automate operational workflows and configuration management using Ansible
  .
• Build and maintain observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, ELK
  , and alerting frameworks.
• Develop operational runbooks, automation scripts, and documentation to reduce operational toil and improve incident response.
• Apply SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and post-incident reviews to continuously improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate closely with development, security, and platform teams to improve system performance, resilience, and efficiency.
• Enforce cloud, Kubernetes, and security governance best practices.

• 6+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with OCI, GCP, and private cloud environments.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Solid expertise in Git Lab CI/CD
  , Git, and Git Ops workflows.
• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong automation and configuration management skills using Ansible
  .
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (
  Prometheus, ELK
  ) and alerting systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python
  .
• Strong understanding of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.

• Experience with hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud architectures
  .
• Practical experience applying SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
• Familiarity with code quality and static analysis tools such as Sonar Qube
  .
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, Terraform Associate, OCI or GCP Cloud certifications
