Responsibilities
- Techno functional support for Hyperion modules and full implementations including installations from scratch, upgrades, migrations, configurations, administration, performance tuning, security management, Hyperion reporting, integration between Hyperion Planning and ERP systems (EBS) and other backend systems and troubleshooting all Oracle EPM Hyperion products (Essbase, EAS, Planning, Financial management, Foundation Services, Financial data quality management, Analytical Provider Services, Essbase Studio, Smart View, Financial reporting (FR), Excel Add-in, workspace, web-Analysis, Essbase Studio, EIS, EPMA, etc).
- Collect and implement business requirements and give consultation to business for budgeting and planning best practice.
- System installation and administration.
- Do the implementation and documentation.
- Production deployment and postproduction support and administration.
- Postproduction enhancements.
