Müller's Solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled Service Now Developer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of Service Now applications and modules to help streamline our IT service management processes. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing user experience and improving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and customize Service Now applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement and manage Service Now integrations with third-party platforms and data sources.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure efficient system operation.
- Document development processes, application designs, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to users when necessary.
- Stay updated with new Service Now features and best practices to continuously improve implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Service Now development.
- Proficient in Service Now modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for Service Now development.
- Experience with Service Now integration tools like REST and SOAP web services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service Now Developer Certification or related certifications.
- Experience with ITIL processes and practices.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
