Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Service Now Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality Service Now solutions to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that will enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translate them into actionable Service Now technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, ensuring they align with business needs.
- Provide technical guidance on ITSM processes and best practices to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the integration of Service Now with other enterprise applications and services.
- Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure a seamless implementation of solutions.
- Perform system administration tasks and manage application performance tuning.
- Stay informed about new Service Now features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Now consultant or technical role.
- Strong experience with Service Now ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Service Now workflows and business rules.
- Experience with Service Now scripting and implementation of UI changes and Scripted REST APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams.
- Service Now Certifications in ITSM or related fields.
- Prior experience working in Agile project environments.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
