Technical Program​/project manager; Digital Transformation

Overview

Lead the Digital Transformation Program through all phases - from planning through execution to closure.

• Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and communication of progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and steering committees.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to facilitate timely project decisions and closure of dependencies and interdepartmental conflicts.
• Provide guidance on various technical aspects such as cloud strategy, Dev Sec Ops , digital solution architecture, data platforms etc.
• Conduct project governance meetings with client stakeholders.
• Monitor and report vendor performance through defined SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Maintain the Digital Transformation KPI dashboard, tracking progress against strategic goals and reporting to leadership.
• Track and report benefits realization and ROI of transformation initiatives.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure business readiness, adoption, and sustainability of transformation outcomes.
• Enforce approved project management framework, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the project management processes.

• 8+ years of experience as Technical Project manager experience with at least 5 years in leading Digital Transformation or large-scale IT programs.

• Good understanding of cloud platforms, Dev Sec Ops  pipelines, API and Digital solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects in an agile environment.
• Able to communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels from technical team to vendor partner to senior executives (CXO) Levels.
• Knowledge of Project Management tools (MS project, JIRA) for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple with only high-level direction.
