Solutions Architect

The Solution Architect for AV & UC is responsible for designing, audio‑visual and unified communications solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices. This role involves working closely with Customers, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of AV and UC technologies into enterprise environments.

• Develop end-to-end AV and UC solution architectures, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Create detailed design documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Design video wall ecosystems (controllers, processors, content management) and AV-over-IP distribution architect multicast‑ready networks
• Architect mission‑critical Command & Control environment
• Technical Strength
• Act as the subject matter expert for AV and UC technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Poly, Crestron).
• Provide guidance to project teams during implementation and integration phases.
• Conduct technical workshops and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Project Delivery
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of AV and UC systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide pre‑sales support, including solution proposals and cost estimations.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Documentation & Training
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Deliver training sessions for end‑users and support teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AV and UC solution design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Networking fundamentals (QoS, VLANs, VoIP)
• Experience with video conferencing, digital signage, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications such as CTS‑D,
  Microsoft Teams Rooms Specialist
  , or Cisco Collaboration are a plus
