Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Interaction Designer with a strong educational background in usability and human-centered design. The ideal candidate will hold NN/g or HFI certifications, and bring hands‑on experience conducting usability testing and applying results to design improvements. This role requires someone who can translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences and advocate for design decisions with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interaction specifications for web and mobile experiences.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in cross‑functional teams.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and support a user‑first approach.
  • Apply knowledge of cognitive psychology, UX heuristics, and task analysis to every project.
  • Ensure all interactions are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our brand and design system.
  • Present and defend interaction choices based on usability principles and user feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
  • Certification from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) or Human Factors International (HFI) is required.
  • Strong foundation in usability principles, backed by education or applied research experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high‑impact interaction design and usability case studies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
  • Clear understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile‑first design, and responsive behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
