Role Overview
Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join a customer-facing Microsoft Dynamics CRM engagement in Riyadh
. This is a 12-month extendable contract
, requiring a senior, onsite consultant at Manager+ level with strong stakeholder-facing and workshop-led delivery experience.
You will play a key role in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to the client. The role is highly customer-facing and requires strong experience leading workshops, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead client workshops
, requirement elicitation, and business process mapping - Act as the primary functional point of contact for Dynamics CRM engagements
- Translate business needs into functional designs and user stories
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and delivery
- Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear functional guidance
- Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and client expectations
Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications- 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CE)
- Senior-level functional consulting experience
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to lead workshops and drive requirements independently
- Experience working on enterprise-scale CRM programmes
- Arabic language skills (highly beneficial)
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Prior onsite delivery experience in the KSA market
