Data Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Data Solutions Specialist to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that support business decision-making and operational efficiency. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and usability.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into data solutions and technical requirements.
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across systems and reports.
• Support data integration from multiple sources and systems.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Apply data governance, privacy, and security standards in all data solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Document data processes, definitions, and solution architectures.
• Support continuous improvement of data platforms and analytics capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, data solutions, or business intelligence roles.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Experience working with data warehouses and data integration tools.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Experience in government, enterprise, or regulated environments is a plus.
