Infrastructure Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, modernize, and govern enterprise infrastructure platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The role focuses on cloud computing, Kubernetes-based platforms, and secure, scalable infrastructure solutions within regulated financial environments. The candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure infrastructure strategies align with business goals and Saudi regulatory requirements.

• Design and document enterprise infrastructure architecture across on-premises and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Lead the design and deployment of Kubernetes clusters and containerized platforms.
• Develop and support hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure strategies.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops, security, and network teams to integrate platform services such as monitoring, logging, IAM, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure infrastructure designs comply with SAMA, NCA, and regulatory standards.
• Support infrastructure risk assessments, audits, and governance activities.
• Guide vendors and partners to align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Support application modernization, container migration, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or solution architecture roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container platforms.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably within KSA banks or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex architectural initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
