Manager – Digital Platforms; CMS & Website

We are supporting a confidential search for a Manager – CMS & Website Operations to join a regional team and take full ownership of day-to-day website operations and content delivery.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how websites actually run — from CMS execution and QA to stakeholder coordination and optimization.

• Act as the hands-on expert across CMS platforms, owning day-to-day website operations.
• Manage page creation, updates, publishing, and QA, ensuring accuracy and quality across the site.
• Lead all website updates end-to-end, including briefs, timelines, stakeholder approvals, and go-live.
• Enforce content standards, version control, and brand consistency across all pages and templates.
• Partner closely with UX and SEO teams to ensure pages are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and best practices.
• Work in close collaboration with the Line Manager based in KSA and the CX COE team in Dubai, ensuring smooth coordination across markets and teams.

• Strong hands‑on experience working with CMS platforms (enterprise or large‑scale environments).
• Proven track record managing website content operations in a structured, fast‑paced.
• Highly detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working across geographies and with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to operate independently while maintaining alignment with central teams.
