Business Analysis Lead

Overview

Improve product processes, services, and systems by analyzing business needs and recommending data-driven solutions. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with teams such as IT, finance, marketing, and operations
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation
• Evaluate solutions to ensure they meet business goals
• Continuously suggest improvements to processes and systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven experience leading complex digital or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are an advantage.
