Analytics & PMF Experimentation Manager

Silqfi is at a critical growth stage where data, experimentation, and Product–Market Fit (PMF) decisions shape everything we build. As Manager, Analytics & PMF Experimentation
, you’ll lead how we design, run, and learn from experiments, turning raw data into clear business direction. This role is not about dashboards only. It’s about asking the right questions, testing them properly, and driving decisions
.

• Own Silqfi’s experimentation strategy to validate PMF, growth levers, and product assumptions.
• Design and run A/B tests and controlled experiments, ensuring strong methodology and statistical rigor.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning goals.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Create clear experiment briefs and hypothesis documents for engineering squads.
• Monitor experiment results, synthesize learnings, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Enable teams to become more data-driven through frameworks, documentation, and best practices.
• Continuously improve experimentation processes, tooling, and decision cadence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent quantitative background).
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, analytics, experimentation, or performance management.
• Proven track record of designing and running A/B tests with strong experimental methodology.
• Strong ability to translate data into business decisions, not just reports.
• High data literacy with the ability to self-serve using Sheets / Excel.
• Familiarity with experimentation and growth frameworks (e.g. CXL, Reforge).
• Comfortable working with engineering squads by providing clear hypotheses and requirements.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
