Data Governance Specialist

The Data Governance Specialist is a senior role requiring demonstrated experience in data governance, data management, and regulatory compliance. The position is responsible for ensuring adherence to data governance standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies while supporting enterprise-wide data management practices.

• Coordinate with data teams to ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and standards.
• Manage data-related roles, responsibilities, and access controls.
• Ensure protection of personal data and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare governance, compliance, and performance reports.
• Develop, publish, review, and assess data governance policies and procedures.

• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in using data governance and data management tools.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CDMP, Agile, Scrum, or data governance-related certifications are considered an advantage.
