Compensation:
Up to SAR 60k maximum with ideal range budget being 50k. Opportunity for Equity participation.

I am looking for an AI Lead to drive AI adoption across the client. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building solutions, and enabling teams across the company to work more effectively with AI tools and technologies.

• Assess business processes across departments to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Design and implement AI solutions that integrate with our existing infrastructure
• Build internal tools, workflows, and automations that leverage LLMs and other AI capabilities
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and AI system design

• Train teams across functions (product, engineering, sales, operations, marketing, customer support) on effective AI usage
• Create documentation, playbooks, and guidelines for AI tools
• Stay current on AI developments and evaluate new tools and models for potential adoption

• Build and maintain AI-powered internal applications
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products where appropriate
• Work with engineering to ensure AI systems are reliable, secure, and cost-effective
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure AI solution effectiveness

Required

• 3+ years of experience building software, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and building production AI systems
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills; will be working across all departments

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG systems, fine-tuning, or agents
• Background in real estate, prop tech, or related industries
• Experience training non-technical teams on technical tools
• Familiarity with Middle East markets
