This role is focused on owning enterprise value realization, ROI validation, and post-implementation benefit assurance. Reporting to the CSVO.

- Enterprise benefit realization & value tracking
- ROI & EBITDA Analysis
- Results accountability
- Financial storytelling
- Analytical rigor
- Lead enterprise value realization framework.
- Approve value cases (pre-CSVO).
- Analyze ROI and EBITDA impact.
- Validate benefits with Finance.
- Monitor post-implementation value.
- Escalate value leakage.
