Ensure product quality by executing functional testing, supporting automation, validating releases, and collaborating with development and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity tests.
- Design and maintain test cases with good coverage.
- Participate in requirement refinement and identify missing scenarios.
- Support UI/API automation (updating and adding basic scripts).
- Test API integrations and basic asynchronous flows.
- Log defects with clear steps and track them to closure.
- Assist in RCA discussions for production issues.
- Share updates, risks, and progress with the team.
- Basic understanding of:
- Selenium
, JMeter
, Java
, SQL Server - Redis
, RabbitMQ (awareness level) - Hands-on with UI/API automation tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of hands-on QA/testing experience in Agile teams.
