- Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
- Support users with operating systems, email, collaboration tools, and business applications
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required
- Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and IT assets
- Support employees onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk role
