Performance Analytics & Insights Analyst
Location:
Riyadh, KSA.

10+ years of relevant experience.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
The main scope of this role is to own and guard enterprise-wide performance management, including KPI integrity, analytics, executive dashboards, and performance insights, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and decision-ready information to manage the business proactively. Reporting to the CSVO.
Key Requirements- 10+ years of experience in performance management, analytics, or BI roles
- IPO / Audit Readiness (Performance & Data)

- Data Quality & Validation Controls
- Exposure to IPO-ready or regulated environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field

- Stakeholder Management
- Judgment & Escalation Discipline
- Approve KPI reporting formats.
- Ensure reporting timeliness.
- Review data consistency.
- Coordinate inputs across divisions.
- Prevent inconsistent reporting.
- Performance analytics activities including detecting variances and validating data accuracy with Finance & GRC.
