• Proven track record of originating and delivering multi‑million‑dollar engagements with Clients
• Established relationships with High Tech clients in Saudi Arabia and broader GCC markets
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and close significant deals independently

• Foundational excellence in strategy and operations consulting with 12‑15+ years of experience at top‑tier firms (Previous consulting experience is essential)
• Strong working knowledge in Technology Strategy and Advisory, including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture
• Strong working knowledge of telecommunications networks (5G, fiber, core/RAN architecture) is highly valued
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact across strategy, operating model, and technology domains

• Ability to lead teams of 10+ consultants across multiple concurrent engagements
• Proven experience in business development, including proposal leadership and thought leadership development
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with demonstrated success in developing high‑performing teams
• Intellectual horsepower to shape point‑of‑view and frameworks that differentiate our market position

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
• Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and government‑commercial interfaces
• Established presence and credibility within regional TMT ecosystem

• Minimum of 13 years of consulting experience majorly in Communication and Media Technology.
• A high degree of comfort with strategic decision‑making and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis.
• Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities in one or more industries.
• Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving.
