Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site IT Support – F&B role based in Riyadh. The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, managing and supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems, and handling troubleshooting activities. The role also includes managing desktop computers and overseeing help desk operations. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and the timely resolution of technical issues to support uninterrupted business operations within the food and beverage environment.
Qualifications- Proven experience in IT Support within the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong hands-on experience with F&B Point of Sale (POS) systems (restaurants, QSR, or multi-branch operations)
- Knowledge of menu management, pricing updates, and POS integrations common in F&B environments
- Experience supporting front-of-house and back-of-house systems
- Ability to troubleshoot POS downtime during peak service hours
- Familiarity with payment systems, receipt printers, kitchen display systems (KDS), and handheld ordering devices
- Experience managing IT support for multiple outlets or branches
- Strong understanding of operational continuity in fast-paced F&B settings
- Ability to provide on-site support and rapid issue resolution to minimize business disruption
