AI Engineer
Magna AI is seeking a senior, high-impact Sales and Client Leader to drive strategic revenue growth across one or more of Magna AI’s solution pillars and services. This role starts as a senior individual contributor with a clear mandate to evolve into a territory or domain leadership role as the business scales.
The role is quota-carrying, enterprise-focused, and centered on originating, shaping, and closing complex AI-driven engagements. The sales Leader will operate as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, owning the full commercial lifecycle from early executive engagement through deal closure and long-term account expansion.
The initial geographic focus is the local country market, with progressive expansion into the broader MENA region as territory maturity and revenue scale.
This role reports directly to the CEO and operates with high autonomy, visibility, and strategic influence.
Scope of Solutions and ServicesThe Sales Leader will sell one or more products, platforms, and services across the following Magna AI domains:
- AI Strategy and Transformation
- AI Engineering and Applications
- AI Infrastructure and Cloud
- AI Security and Risk
- AI Data Centers and AI Factories
The role is not limited to a single offering and is expected to orchestrate multi-solution, multi-workstream engagements where required.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Revenue Ownership
- Own and exceed annual revenue and pipeline targets within the assigned territory and solution scope.
- Define and execute a country-level go-to-market and account strategy, expanding into MENA as traction grows.
- Identify, qualify, shape, and close high-value enterprise and strategic opportunities.
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell across Magna AI’s solution portfolio.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, COOs, and Heads of AI.
- Lead outcome-oriented conversations focused on AI transformation, operational integration, scalability, security, and ROI.
- Position Magna AI as a long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
- Lead complex, consultative sales motions involving strategy, engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations.
- Translate high-level business and national priorities into structured AI programs and commercial proposals.
- Navigate long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, legal, technology, and executive sponsors.
- Own deal strategy, pricing logic, value articulation, and commercial structuring.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through targeted prospecting, strategic partnerships, and executive networks.
- Contribute market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to executive leadership.
- Represent Magna AI in relevant executive forums, industry events, and strategic discussions.
- Work closely with solution architects, pre-sales, delivery leaders, and product teams to ensure strong solution alignment.
- Ensure smooth transition from deal closure to delivery while maintaining executive sponsorship.
- Support contract negotiations, governance discussions, and commercial approvals.
- Start as a senior individual contributor with full ownership of results.
- Participate in defining future hiring needs as territory and revenue scale.
- Transition into a team leadership role over time, building and mentoring sales resources where commercially justified.

- AI model governance and lifecycle security
- AI risk management and compliance frameworks
- High-performance AI infrastructure and GPU clusters
- AI factory design, build, and operation
- End-to-end AI production environments
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including at least 5+ years in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or advanced technology domains.
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
- Strong experience selling consultative, solution-led offerings rather than point products.
- Credibility with both executive and technical stakeholders.
