The RoleJoin Adobe's Professional Services organization in Riyadh as a Programme Manager/Principal Project Manager - Strategic Governance, where you will lead executive-level engagement, steer digital transformation governance, and drive the strategic value realization of Adobe's enterprise programs across the Middle East. In this senior individual contributor role, you will be a key advisor to C-suite stakeholders and VPs, ensuring that Adobe's platform vision, transformation roadmap, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) models translate into measurable customer outcomes.
We are seeking a Programme Manager/Principal Project Manager who can provide strategic oversight, executive governance, and multi-workstream orchestration for Adobe's most critical regional customers. This role goes beyond delivery execution: it blends program governance, stakeholder management, business value realization, and transformation leadership to ensure that clients establish the right operating model, capabilities, and CoE structure to scale digital experiences.
As a trusted partner to both customers and Adobe's sales organization, you will also play a vital role in helping account teams position the strategic importance of Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence, articulating how governance, operating models, and cross-functional alignment accelerate transformation maturity and long-term customer success.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead executive and strategic governance for Adobe programs across multiple enterprise and government clients, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.
- Establish, guide, and mature Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence (CoEs), enabling customers to scale Adobe capabilities, institutionalize best practices, and build sustainable governance and innovation frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end program leadership, orchestrating multi-workstream delivery across Experience Cloud solutions, data platforms, content supply chain, and digital experience operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring business alignment
- Partner closely with the Adobe Sales team to position Adobe's transformation approach, ensuring customers understand the value of strong governance, CoE maturity, and structured transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate strategic workshops, steering committees, and cross-functional executive engagements to maintain alignment, de-risk delivery, and maximize value realization.
- Monitor and report on program performance, KPIs, and business value impact, ensuring clear visibility to customer leadership and Adobe stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence through strong oversight of schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery quality across all engagements.
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and value creation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Global Services teams to ensure customer needs are anticipated and addressed with the right solutions and delivery approach.
- Support program innovation by identifying opportunities for optimization, new use cases, and maturity acceleration through Adobe technologies and best practices.
- Apply Adobe's services methodology, apprentice others in the methodology, and drive continuous improvements in our ways of working
