A leading tech company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced professional to lead end-to-end delivery of a Dev Sec Ops  mega program on Azure Dev Ops Server. Responsibilities include ensuring integrated planning, governance, and financial control along with driving release readiness. Ideal candidates should have 10–15+ years of experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership roles within Dev Ops programs, with PMP or Prince2 certifications preferred.

Strong understanding of the Dev Sec Ops  lifecycle and exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential.
