Vice President of Technology

Our client is a leading organization in the Saudi market, dedicated to innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable growth while upholding excellence and integrity. This external partner engagement focuses on delivering value to customers and partners within a robust governance framework.

We are partnering with this organization to identify a senior VP of Technology who will shape and execute the technology strategy, architecture, and delivery. The role entails steering large-scale digital initiatives, aligning technology with business objectives, and driving transformative programs. The successful candidate will oversee engineering, data, security, and IT operations to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing technology platforms.

• Define and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the organization’s growth and business goals.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, engineering, data governance, and cybersecurity to ensure resilient, compliant systems.
• Lead major technology programs end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Foster innovation through modern engineering practices, cloud migration, and platform modernization.
• Collaborate with the executive team to translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and budgets.

• Proven track record in executive technology leadership with strengths in application engineering, product development, and IT operations.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern development practices (Dev Ops, CI/CD, microservices).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with the ability to influence at the C‑suite level.
• Experience in enterprise-scale transformations and digital modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and risk management in large organizations.
