- Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext, Stride, or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP troubleshooting, configuration, and user management.
- Experience in coordinating with external ERP support teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
- Familiarity with business processes such as finance, HR, and project management.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong training and communication skills to support end users.
- Knowledge of database management and system customization (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
