** We are looking for an experienced Jira Administrator with a strong background in the banking domain to manage, configure, and optimize our Atlassian tools ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams, ensuring effective governance, and driving process efficiency using Jira and Confluence.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.
* Configure workflows, custom fields, permissions, issue types, screens, and dashboards.
* Manage user access, groups, roles, and security schemes in line with organizational policies.
* Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Git Hub, Slack, Jenkins, Service Now, Power BI).
* Support Agile and Dev Ops teams in implementing Jira best practices for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
* Develop and maintain automation rules to streamline recurring tasks.
* Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for management and project tracking.
* Perform data migration, backup, and upgrade activities when needed.
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and IT security teams to ensure Jira supports enterprise processes.
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with banking IT governance and audit requirements.
* Provide end-user training and support across departments.

* Required Skills and Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 6–8 years of experience in Jira Administration (Data Center or Cloud versions).
* Proven experience in banking or financial services domain.
* Strong knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Management).
* Experience with Jira automation, REST APIs, and scripting (Groovy / Script Runner / Power Scripts).
* Familiarity with Agile and ITSM methodologies.
* Experience with user provisioning and SSO integration (LDAP/AD, Okta, etc.).
* Good understanding of governance, compliance, and change management in regulated environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
