We are seeking a Senior Power BI professional to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise‑grade dashboards and analytics solutions. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Power BI
, deep business understanding, and the ability to work onsite in Riyadh while engaging closely with senior stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives
• Lead end‑to‑end BI delivery
  : requirements gathering, data modeling, development, testing, and deployment
• Build and optimize semantic models
  , datasets, and measures using DAX and Power Query
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to visualization best practices
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights for leadership
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams on data integration and governance
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and best‑practice standards to junior BI resources
• Support executive‑level reporting and decision‑making
• Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with internal data standards

• Power BI (Expert level) – dashboards, datasets, DAX, Power Query
• Strong experience with data modeling (star schema, performance tuning)
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise data environments
• Understanding of data governance, security, and role‑based access in Power BI
• Experience working with multiple data sources (databases, APIs, ERP/CRM systems)

• 8+ years in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Reporting roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience working onsite in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
• Experience working with government, enterprise, or large organizations is a plus

• Excellent Arabic communication skills (written & spoken)
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, onsite environment
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
