We are seeking a skilled Oracle Sr Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting Oracle EBS, with a keen ability to troubleshoot, resolve application issues, and customize workflows. This role involves working closely with various enterprise systems and ensuring seamless integration while providing excellent support to our clients.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs efficiently.
• Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
• Support integration efforts with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and GIS.
• Manage data migration and transformation tasks, ensuring data accuracy.
• Utilize technical skills in SQL, Java, XML, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

Functional Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS HRMS.
• Configure Oracle EBS systems based on specific business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts to ensure system alignment with business needs.
• Successfully complete at least six implementations in both public and private sectors.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS, specifically HRMS.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, XML, and OAF is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
