Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Now ITSM & CSM Developer to join a dynamic enterprise team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Service Now ITSM modules
, Customer Service Management (CSM), and custom development
, with the ability to design, configure, and optimize Service Now solutions aligned with business needs.
- Design, develop, and customize Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
- Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows, case management, and service portals.
- Develop custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Configure Service Portal / Employee Center and optimize user experience.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
, MID Server, and Integration Hub. - Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
- Support upgrades, patching, and best-practice alignment with Service Now standards.
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
. - Strong expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
- Proficient in Java Script , Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center Pro
. - Solid understanding of Service Now data model, CMDB, and ACL security.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Service Now Certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, or CSM).
- Experience working with large enterprise or government clients.
- Prior experience in the Middle East region is a plus.
