Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for deploying and operationalizing the BigID data‑intelligence platform to support full compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Works across security, data governance, and legal teams to ensure accurate discovery, classification, and protection of personal data.
- Configure and maintain BigID, including connectors, scans, and classification policies.
- Implement PDPL‑aligned controls for data discovery, minimization, retention, and subject‑rights workflows.
- Support automation of PDPL data‑subject requests (access, correction, deletion, portability).
- Produce privacy and compliance reports for audits and governance committees.
- Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to translate PDPL requirements into technical policies.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize scanning and classification accuracy.
- Hands‑on experience with BigID (installation, connectors, policies, DSR).
- Strong understanding of PDPL and privacy frameworks (GDPR, NDMO, ISO 27701).
- Familiarity with databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise data sources.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
