We are seeking a skilled Service Now GRC (IRM) Developer to design, configure, and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions on the Service Now platform. The role will support global clients through an offshore delivery model, focusing on risk management, compliance automation, audit workflows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and develop Service Now GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs
- Develop and maintain Risk, Policy, Compliance, Issue, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules
- Implement risk assessments, control testing, and issue remediation workflows
- Map regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA, SOX, GDPR) into Service Now
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for risk and compliance tracking
- Integrate Service Now GRC with CMDB, HR, IAM, and third-party systems using APIs
- Support data quality, audit readiness, and platform performance
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders, architects, and business users
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 6+ years of Service Now platform experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Now GRC / IRM
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
- Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies
- Service Now CMDB concepts
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
- Service Now CSA certification
- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks
- Experience working in offshore or global delivery models
