Job DescriptionExe Qut is seeking an Entry‑Level Technical Project Manager (Fresh Graduate) to support IT and software implementation projects and consulting engagements for enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. You'll learn how to coordinate cross‑functional teams, track scope/timeline/budget/quality, and contribute to client communications under the guidance of senior project managers. This role includes structured training, mentorship, and clear growth paths.
Key Responsibilities- Support end‑to‑end software implementation and IT consulting projects from initiation to closure under senior PM supervision.
- Help maintain project artifacts: project charters, plans, RAID logs, budgets, status reports, and action trackers.
- Assist with Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and meeting notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders; ensure updates are clear, timely, and well‑documented.
- Surface risks/dependencies early; help execute mitigation steps and basic change‑control processes.
- Contribute to quality checks so deliverables meet acceptance criteria, SLAs, and standards.
- Draft and format technical/client documentation (e.g., SOWs, BRDs/FRDs, implementation guides, runbooks) with templates and coaching.
- Saudi Nationality only
- No prior experience required. Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of software development concepts and the SDLC (from coursework or projects).
- Familiarity with Agile concepts (Scrum/Kanban) a plus; willingness to learn project tools (Jira, Confluence, Odoo, MS Project/Excel).
- Excellent communication and organization; strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Excellent English & Arabic (spoken & written); technical writing aptitude is important.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks with guidance.

- Role Type: Full‑Time
- Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (GMT+3)
