Senior Data Business Analyst

The Senior Data Business Analyst is a senior-level role requiring strong experience in data analysis and business requirements management. The position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable data requirements that support informed decision-making.

• Translate business and data needs into technical data requirements.
• Define, document, and assess Data Use Cases and their business value.
• Act as a facilitator between stakeholders and data engineering teams.
• Analyze gaps between available data and required data for decision-making.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of data solutions and analytics initiatives.

• Business Analysis Tools (Jira, Confluence)
• BPMN
• SQL (Basic level)
• Data analysis tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• A Master’s degree is considered an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and professional reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and support change management initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CDMP, Agile, or Scrum are considered an advantage.
• Experience in data analysis and artificial intelligence is a plus.
