System Analyst​/Junior Project Manager; IT

JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented System Analyst / Junior Project Manager (IT) to join our innovative team. • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects
• Gather and analyze system requirements and provide recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions are effectively integrated into projects
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
• Participate in project meetings, capturing essential information and follow-up actions
• Help identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with technical teams for resolution
• Conduct user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of IT systems
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies to inform project strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in IT project management or systems analysis
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Proficient in documenting system requirements and analyzing data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
